Industry Event – NSW Minerals Council Exploration & Tenures Forum
Hetherington was proud to sponsor the 2023 NSW Minerals Council Exploration & Tenures Forum held at The Mint on the 8th of May.
Hetherington’s David Salim gave a welcome address and Tamara Robinson presented on ‘Getting audit ready – how to create your success story’.
It was great to hear the remarks from the newly appointed Minister for Finance and Natural Resources, The Hon. Courtney Houssos.
The Exploration & Tenures Forum was a great way to hear from regulators and connect people within the exploration sector!

Industry Events – AMEC Networking Drinks
Hetherington’s David Salim, Nethmi Amarasekera, Dakota Scott, Hyungbin (Yung) Ju, and Arley Toyne attended the AMEC (Association of Mining and Exploration Companies) networking drinks on the 8th of May in Sydney. It was a great way to catch up and connect with fellow AMEC members, and we look forward to the next event!
Industry Events – 2022 SAEMC Conference
Hetherington’s Nethmi Amarasekera was delighted to present at the 2022 South Australian Exploration & Mining Conference, where she discussed the ‘Tips for Navigating Regulatory Changes in South Australia’. Her presentation provided Tips from critical Exploration Licence Renewal and Expenditure Policy changes to a firsthand and practical look into the successful Division of an Exploration Licence.
